REMEMBER to Deposit Money in your BREAKFAST / LUNCH Account – TY

NOTE: Parents / Guardians will have 2 methods to fund their student’s account:

1) READY! – “MyNutrikids” – You may set up an online account using a Credit / Debit card to make deposits into your student’s account.
2)You may send a check with your student made payable to the Fair Haven School Lunch Program.
Please include the student’s name in the Memo line. Cash will also be accepted, however this does slow the lines.

Breakfast Prices: Full Price Students $1.25 / Adult $1.75
Lunch Prices: Full Price Students $2 / Adult $3.50

CLUB NEWS:

  • POETRY OUT LOUD: Will meet every WEDNESDAY – Mrs. McCuen’s Room 6 at 3:15 p.m..
  • POLICE CADET & S.A.D.D.: Meet on WEDNESDAYS from 3:30 – 5:15 p.m. in the Cafeteria.
  • SCHOLARS BOWL: Meet MONDAY – THURSDAY after school in Mrs. Cornell’s Room.
  • SPANISH CLUB: Meet on THURSDAY during TA in Mr. Herren’s Room 9

FRESHMAN CLASS SELLING TEDDY & LOLLIPOP Grams:

The Freshman Class will be selling teddy grams and lollipop grams the week of Winter Carnival (2/13-17) & Valentine’s Day!

Teddy Bears are $3 and Lollipops are $1. They will be available for sale during lunch periods & during T.A. in Mrs. Ransom’s room.

FOOTBALL PLAYER MEETING:

There will be a meeting for ALL football players immediately AFTER SCHOOL on Thursday – 2/9 in Mrs. LaPlaca’s room. Any questions, or if you are unable to attend, please see Cody Bradish or Mr. Ramey.

  • Horticulture Class will be selling VALENTINE MUG BOUQUETS in the Lobby Monday 2/13 and Tuesday 2/14 for $5.

TENNIS MEETING:

There is a meeting for anyone interested in playing tennis during T.A. – THURSDAY – 2/9 in Ms. Sanborn’s room (#8).

TRANSITION FAIR:

FHUHS will have a booth at the Addison County Transition Fair! Held at Northlands Job Corps in Vergennes on Wednesday – 2/8 from 6-8 p.m.. SNOWDATE is Wednesday – 2/15.
The Fair focuses on the outlets, schools, and agencies that work with youth who are looking for info for their transition from high school to college or career. OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. See Gina Himes for more info.

VSAC REPRESENTATIVE – FINANCIAL HELP VISIT:

Monda Kelley will be here @ FHU on Wednesday – 2/8 in Room 12 – starting at 3 p.m… This will be a Financial Aid Forms workshop for Senior parents / guardians who need to complete their FAFSA, Vermont Grant applications and CSS profiles before the February deadline! Please bring completed 2012 taxes and 2012 w2’s or 2011 taxes, 2011 w2’s, student SS#, and birthdates.
