The Class of 2011 would like to thank their sponsors Iron Lantern, Wheel Inn, Elegant Flowers, Shaw’s, Stewarts, and the Paramount, with a special thank you to the parents, chaperones and volunteers who helped make the prom a wonderful evening.
Fair Haven Union High School will formally celebrate the completion of their 8-lane NCAA certified track & field complex on Friday, April 30th, at 5:30 pm. The ceremony will begin with the unveiling of a brand new slate sign welcoming visitors to the Fair Haven Union High School Track & Field Complex, which will be followed by a meal and social hour sponsored by the FHU Booster Club. Weather permitting, all activities will be held outside. The community and track alumni are encouraged to attend.
The facility will be hosting the 2nd Annual SLATER INVITATIONAL on Saturday, May 1st, beginning at 10 am. There will be nearly 20 teams from Vermont and New York competing at this event, which promises to be a busy day for the community. Also, mark Saturday, June 5th, on the calendar as the 2010 Vermont Division II State Championships come to town for the first time in school history.
We look forward to seeing you at these events. Please contact Eric Ramey, AD at eramey@arsu.org if you want to find out more about the meets, or are able to help out on either day.
Have a great week,
Brett C. Blanchard
Fair Haven Union High School Principal
