FHUHS Pathfinders: Resource Guides for Library Patrons
What is a pathfinder?
A pathfinder is a page used to organize selected resources from a huge variety of information resources in such a way as to help teachers and students perform research in a particular field with little effort on their part. It is a vehicle for simplifying a mass of resources. Pathfinders will take you, the student, beyond the use of search engines such as Google and Ask Jeeves. They are organized so that only a few steps are necessary.

Wow, this looks good! I remember doing pathfinders the old way (on paper). This is certainly well-organized and looks like a valuable tool for your teachers. I am sure our teachers would love it. Dollinda Lund, Lyndon Institute

Looks great. Feel free to go to Rutland High’s Information Center website http://rutlandhs.k12.vt.us/schools/rhs/InfoCnt/wealth.htm and beg, borrow, or steal any of the websites under “Subject Areas”. These coordinate to our curriculum, but you might find something you can use. Hopefully most of the links still work. Luvia Webster, Rutland High
